Construction Works Commence on Dubai’s South Bay: New Phase Launched

In a recent announcement, Dubai South Properties has set the wheels in motion for the commencement of construction works for the first two phases of the much-anticipated South Bay project. Moreover, the third phase is already in the pipeline, with a targeted completion date set for Q3 2026. Due to the overwhelming interest from prospective buyers, the company is actively working to expedite the launches of future phases.

Earlier this year, Dubai South Properties appointed Ginco General Contracting for the construction of this prestigious South Bay Project, setting the stage for a transformative development in the heart of Dubai.
